Australia Post advises that operations at its Melbourne offices of exchange (IMPC codes beginning with AUMEL) are currently disrupted owing to government-imposed measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The associated restrictions are having a significant impact on the processing and delivery of inbound and outbound mail items. Australia Post requests that mail destined for the Melbourne offices of exchange be sent to the Sydney offices of exchange (IMPC codes beginning with AUSYD) while these measures remain in place.

PayPal’s recent transition to ShipStation automatically removes the option to create international shipping labels for flat envelopes. Because of this, the $4.00 flat rate fee is no longer an option. Standard shipping rates will apply for all international orders including flat envelopes til further notice.

U.S. Postal Service Proposed Temporary Rate Adjustments for 2021 Peak Holiday Season
FAQ’S
I paid the $4 flat rate fee for shipping, why is this no longer enough to get my order shipped and delivered?
ANSWER: The $4 flat rate fee was only possible through PayPal USPS shipping labels. Since PayPal has transitioned to Shipstation, postage for flat envelopes are no longer a shipping option. Standard international shipping rates start at $14 for a 1 oz envelope. The holiday rate increase is also responsible for the price adjustment.
What Shipping carriers are available?
ANSWER: At the moment, FedEx Cross Border, RR Donnelley, Asendia, and Aramex are still delivering packages to Australia & New Zealand through GlobalPost.
Can I use DHL to deliver my order?
ANSWER: DHL has been added as a shipping option when checking out. you cna los contact me to request it for an additional fee.
Why do you use USPS instead of DHL, UPS or FedEx?
ANSWER: USPS is the best option for shipping internationally to keep shipping costs low.
DHL, FedEx, and UPS shipping rates are between $40-$45 for 1 oz flat envelopes. (see image below)
Unlike businesses and resellers that ship freight and or large packages, 95% of my shipments are flat envelopes and small packages less than 10 ounces.
