**Customer Notice** (Updated 2021)
As the world continues to navigate through guidelines and changes that continue to arise, please allow for significant delays and irregular tracking as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 situation. Due to the disruption in transportation routes, many countries have had their postal systems disrupted or even suspended. Current international delivery estimates are around 20 working days or more. Please do not place an order if you are unable to wait. I politely ask those that have placed orders to wait at least 7 days after the estimated delivery time before contacting me regarding your order. As the gap between processing & shipping times reduces, I will communicate accordingly. I appreciate your patience, thank you.

TRACKING DELAYS & NON DELIVERY
It is each individual customer’s responsibility to track their shipments. If you do not see any movement on your tracking number within 3 days after receiving it, please contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your package stops updating while in route to you, understand that RestoMod 忍者 does not have any details about delays made by the USPS or other courier services. Please contact your local postal service or the courier for more information.
For international orders that have failed to be delivered after arriving in-country, confirmation from your local mail service will need to be verified before a second shipment can be issued. Verification is done by contacting your local mail service, if they are not able to locate your package, they should give you a reference number and contact you by email and declare it lost. This email will need to forward to RestoMod 忍者.
Please understand that the USPS nor RestoMod 忍者 are capable of tracking down delayed or lost mail in your country. Delivery confirmations are also not guaranteed to be reported on your mail’s tracking history.
Yes, International orders are accepted. Please send an email to email@example.com to request a shipping quote if you wish to buy any pre-owned automotive products. Please include your mailing address for accuracy.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: All domestic orders are sent via USPS First Class, which has a delivery estimate of 1-3 business days after dispatch.
International Countries: For orders outside of the United States, we estimate 10-15 working days after dispatch for delivery, although this may be longer depending on your location and possible customs delays. We are not responsible for any customs fees due (if applicable).

What does “Processing” mean?
This means, your order has been received and is waiting in the queue to be processed. Please allow 5 business days before shipment.
During the spring and summer months, orders may take longer to process due to higher activity and upcoming automotive events. Please ask about the turnaround times for any custom items before ordering so you will know how long of a wait you should expect.
Orders placed on Friday and non-business days are processed the following week.
Print-On-Demand / Made-to-Order / Pre-Order
These products are created after the order is placed. Typical turnaround time for most products is 10 business days. Faceplates will require 14 to 20 business days (weekends & national holidays not included) Production time is subject to change without notice based on the manufacture’s schedule. Order notifications will be sent to the email address provided. When your order is complete, you will be emailed a tracking number prior to having your order transferred to the chosen courier.
All sales are final for Print-On-Demand / Made-to-Order / Pre-Order products. Refunds and order cancelations will not be issued on any Print-On-Demand / Made-to-Order / Pre-Order products. Upon purchasing, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
*Customers that are awaiting pre-ordered products will be contacted to have the shipping address confirmed before the product is shipped.
I Entered The Wrong Address, Can You Change It?
If your order has already shipped, you will need to contact USPS to try and make the correction. RestoMod 忍者 is not responsible for shipping details entered by the customers. If your package gets returned, you will need to cover the additional shipping fee for RestoMod 忍者 to ship it out again.
What are “Pre-Order” items?
These are usually brand new and or large scale items that are not yet available.
Small Scale Items: These items are sent into production upon the first order with a delivery date usually ship within 7 business days.
Large Scale items: These items can only be printed in bulk quantities and usually require a minimum order before they are sent into production.
United States: Charges are $4 or FREE when you spend over $50
International Flat Envelopes: Charges are $4 or FREE when you spend over $50
International Packages & Boxes: Led kits and large format banners. Charges start from $16
Shipping & Processing Times
We aim to process and ship orders within 4 business days of the order being received, however, please be aware that this may not be possible during extremely busy periods and this does not apply to custom or Made-to-order items.
Please note that orders are not processed over the weekend, all orders from Friday onwards will be processed the following from Monday. We are also closed for federal holidays and the Friday prior to.
When your order arrives in your country, import duties/taxes/and/or customs fees may be charged. RestoMod 忍者 is not responsible for fees that may be charged.
