What are your hours of operation?

Monday thru Friday 10:00AM – 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time

Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.

What are considered business days?

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Do You Do Sponsorships?

At this time, sponsorships are not being offered.

Why a “.ninja” instead of a “.com” as the domain?

The term “ninja” is broadly used to describes a person with special expertise, skills or interests.

What does Restomod mean?

Restomod can be described as a vehicle that has been restored with the addition of modern, or modified parts that were not on the vehicle when it came from the factory.

Why do some orders take a long time to process & ship?

Every order is different and some customers forget that custom and print-on-demand items have to be created before it can be shipped. If you have a single print-on-demand item, it can cause the entire order to be placed on hold (in production status) until that one item has been created. Also, RestoMod 忍者 is not a print shop. We have relationships with other independent and small businesses that produce some of the accessories we sell and do not require a minimum order like some of the larger businesses that do.  These small businesses are the reason why we are able to provide low-demand products to those customers that need just one last piece to finish up their restoration project.

Is Your Website Secure? Is My Data Safe? is secured by an encrypted SSL certificate, so your personal information is 100% safe. A padlock icon is shown in the address bar next to the URL to indicate a secure connection. No payment information is stored. All payments are handled by the payment gateway you choose at checkout. ie: PayPal, Apple Pay, or Klarna


What is Print-on-demand (made-to-order products)?

Print-on-demand is the process of printing/creating the product after an order has been placed. The same process is used anytime someone orders a computer with specific hardware or a car with specific options and accessories from a car manufacture. The advantage for RestoMod 忍者 is avoiding dead stock to focus on creating better products. The advantage for the customer is having specific custom options.

Production Times

New products & faceplates will require 10 to 20 business days to produce (weekends & national holidays not included) Production time is subject to change without notice.  Order notifications will be sent to the email address provided. When your order is complete, you will be emailed a tracking number prior to having your order transferred to the chosen courier.

All sales are final for Print-On-Demand / Made-to-Order / Pre-Order products. Refunds and order cancelations will not be issued on any Print-On-Demand / Made-to-Order / Pre-Order products. Upon purchasing, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions listed above. 

Social Media Questions

Why Didn’t You Answer My Facebook/Instagram DM About My Order?

RestoMod 忍者 social media profiles are for interacting with followers about their restoration projects and to answer general questions. Order details are no longer discussed over messaging apps or post comments. This is noted in the social media bio and about sections. DM messages are not secure between users and can be deleted at any time, resulting in no digital paper trail. There is also no means of retrieving order details on a mobile phone. You can ALWAYS follow up an email with a direct message however, If you have a question about your order please send an email with your name and order number to  Or simply reply to the confirmation email when you first placed your order. (not the order receipt)

We had a DM conversation, happened?

Because there is no way to properly organize large numbers of DMs and sort usernames, conversations can get lost. Feel free to type anything to move your DM conversation to the top of the queue/inbox
